Return Eligibility

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Include proof of purchase (order number, receipt)

⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened skincare or cosmetic products
  • Used self-care items (e.g., beauty tools, masks)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received the wrong or damaged item? We’ll fix it right away!

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Send photos and your order number to support@hollypopstore.com
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund promptly
